At SAS, we love an excuse to celebrate, especially when we have our loyal customers and valuable suppliers joining us at the dinner table. We hope your 2010 Tradeshow plans include our Thursday evening “Winners Circle Celebration” at the JW Marriott.
The JW is just a short walk from DeVos Place and the Grand Plaza Hotel. A convenient and enclosed skywalk joins all three properties and provides a warm, secure way to travel between locations quickly and easily.

At the JW Marriott, you will step into a uniquely Grand Rapids experience. Every aspect of the JW is a reflection on the city. From the artwork and sculptures of our sister cities, to the diverse staff and ambience, you know the evening will be memorable.
The Winners Circle Celebration is in the International Ballroom located on the second floor of the JW. The Welcome Reception begins at 6:30 pm. Dinner seating starts about 7:00 pm, with dinner service about 7:15 pm.
The JW Marriott is a Local First member. All menus use locally grown foods and suppliers. Our dinner features a buffet of Slow Roasted-Chef Carved Turkey, Cheddar Whipped Potatoes, Chef-Carved Char Crusted Sirloin, Broccoli with Asiago and Brown Buttered Snap peas; delicious comfort food on a blustery Michigan evening.
Immediately following dinner, author and speaker Chip Bell will explain how imaginative customer service is different than exceeding customer expectations. Chip has written over twenty books on the subject of service and customer loyalty. He conducts seminars and consults with companies worldwide.
To give you an idea of Chip Bell and his style, ask your customers what you can do to make their experience more valuable. Often they will say, “Give me more than I anticipated.” However, imaginative service is not about addition or getting a delighted “wow”, it is about creation and earning the unexpected “whoa”.
Imaginative service paves the way for a “take their breath away” experience that can overcome customer resistance to price during challenging economic times. Chip will talk on how to stop focusing on the expensive value-added and go for the stunning value-unique experience!
