Walker - Mon-Fri 6am-2pm. Last scheduled appointment is 12pm EST. Please note Walker is on Eastern Standard Time.

Do all deliveries require an appointment?

No, orders of 100 cases or less may deliver through an Express Dock, on a first come, first serve basis between 7:00 am and 11:00 am, Monday through Friday. All orders of 101 cases or more must have a delivery appointment – NO EXCEPTIONS.

How do I make a delivery appointment?

Indianapolis – Appointments are made by email or web. All appointment requests received before 1:00 pm will be answered the same business day. Appointment requests received after 1pm will be processed the next business day. Appointments can also be made by calling (317) 891-7752 ext. 5104 from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Milwaukee - Appointments are made by email or web. All appointment requests received before 1:00 pm will be answered the same business day. Appointment requests received after 1pm will be processed the next business day. Appointments can also be made by calling (414) 365-1727 ext. 1742 from 7:00 am to 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

Walker - All appointments are made via email, web, or fax at (616)453-7217. All appointment requests received before 1:00pm are answered the same day. Appointment requests received at 12pm EST will be processed the next business day.

Will our driver be required to unload?

Indianapolis and Milwaukee - Yes, the driver will be required to unload. Most deliveries have some type of breakdown and/or sort and segregate. Please note, SAS is not responsible for the fees associated with breakdown and/or sort and segregate, or any accessorial fees.

Walker - Yes, the driver may be required to breakdown and/or sort and segregate. Please note, SAS is not responsible for the fees associated with breakdown and/or sort and segregate, or any accessorial fees. For security reasons, outside lumping services are not allowed into our facility. We do have prescreened lumpers available for hire. If you require a lumper, please specify on your appointment request. Drivers waiting until the day of delivery will secure lumping services on a first come-first served basis, which can cause your driver to wait at our docks.

Does SAS offer Pallet Exchange?

All carriers may exchange on a one-for-one basis at the time of delivery, those electing not to will forfeit ownership of the pallets. We do not maintain pallet banks for inbound deliveries.
