Request for Pricing Review
The area is for transportation providers who have an existing relationship with SAS. The Request for Pricing Amendment is a form that allows a transportation provider to notify SAS of the request to review pricing in a specific lane.

By completing the form, SAS is not agreeing to the updated pricing, merely standardizing the way Requests for Pricing Amendments are received.

Your request will be reviewed and if approved, an addendum will be issued to the current contract. You will be required to sign and date the addendum in order for the change to become effective.
